- Returns
2.1 Eligibility for Returns
To be eligible for a return, the following conditions must be met:
- The item must be returned within 7 Business days from the date of receipt.
- The item must be in its original condition, unused, and with all original packaging and tags attached.
- Customer will be responsible for return shipping fees.
- 20% restocking fee will be charged.
- Customers should create account to initiate returns
- Proof of purchase, such as a receipt or order number, must be provided.
2.2 Non-Returnable Items
Unfortunately, some items are not eligible for return. These include:
- Customized or personalized items
- Sale or clearance items
- Used items, items without tags and labels
2.3 How to Return an Item
To initiate a return, please follow these steps:
- Contact Us: Email us at customercare@avawil.com with your order number and the reason for the return.
- Return Authorization: We will provide you with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and return shipping instructions if item is eligible for return.
- Package the Item: Securely package the item with the RMA number and a copy of the original receipt.
- Ship the Item: Send the item to the address provided in the return instructions. You are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to an error on our part.
2.4 Refund Process
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will process your refund. Refunds are issued to the original payment method and may take up 10 business days to appear on your account.
- Exchanges
3.1 Eligibility for Exchange
- We do not offer Exchange; however, we do offer exchange for mistakes on our part.
To be eligible for an exchange, the following conditions must be met:
- If you Received Wrong Size or different style from the originally purchased.
- The item must be returned within 7 days from the date of receipt.
- The item must be in its original condition, unused, and with all original packaging and tags attached.
- Proof of purchase, such as a receipt or order number, must be provided.
3.2 How to Exchange an Item
To request an exchange, please follow these steps:
- Contact Us: Email us at customercare@avawil.com with your order number, the item you wish to return, and the item you wish to exchange it for.
- Return Authorization: We will provide you with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and return shipping instructions.
- Package the Item: Securely package the item with the RMA number and a copy of the original receipt.
- Ship the Item: Send the item to the address provided in the exchange instructions. You are responsible for return shipping costs unless the exchange is due to an error on our part.
3.3 Exchange Process
- AVAWIL do not offer Exchange. However, if we mistakenly send you items different from your original purchased item, we will offer your exchange request after verification.
- Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will process your exchange. If there is a price difference between the exchanged items, we will contact you for any additional payment or refund.
- Damaged or Defective Items
- We have fully inspected all products before storage and shipping. However, if you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us within 2 days of receipt at customercare@avawil.com. We will provide instructions for returning the item and arrange for a replacement or refund.
