AVAWIL, which stands for Asare and Victoria Associations Will, is a small, family-owned and operated business born from a passion for creating stylish and modest clothing that is accessible to all women. Our journey began in 2009 when we first came up with the name and envisioned starting a business. However, our plans were delayed several times until 2022, when inspiration struck during a personal experience. While searching for a modest dress for a religious event, we encountered a frustrating problem: either the dress was too short to cover the breast area, or it was long enough but exposed too much in other areas. Even when we found dresses that met both criteria, the prices were too high beyond our reach. That’s when we realized there was a gap in the market. As the saying goes, “If you can’t find it, create it” So, we set out to design and craft modest clothing that was not only affordable but also stylish, high-quality, and versatile enough to fit both curvy and non-curvy women.

Our goal was simple: to make modest dresses for all official, professional, or Religious events that could be accessible to everyone, without compromising on style or comfort.
